1. About Plan Metric

Plan Metric is operated by Peter John Hamill (ABN forthcoming), trading as Plan Metric, based in Queensland, Australia. By purchasing a plan or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Plan Metric provides personalised endurance training plans for triathletes, cyclists, and runners. Plans are available in three tiers:

• —Starter ($49, one-time) — Pre-built training plans for common endurance goals.
• —Premium ($149, one-time) — Personalised plan built from your intake data, reviewed by our head coach.
• —Elite ($99/month) — Ongoing coaching with monthly check-ins, dynamic plan adjustments, and unlimited email support.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise Plan Metric to charge the stated amount.

For the Elite monthly plan, your subscription will renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at admin@planmetric.com.au — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund and Credit Policy

Because our plans are digital products delivered electronically, we do not offer cash refunds once a plan has been delivered or accessed. This is consistent with Australian Consumer Law as it applies to digital goods.

However, we want you to be on the right plan. We offer the following:

• —Plan upgrades: If you purchased Starter and decide you want Premium, you pay only the difference in price. Contact us within 14 days of your original purchase.
• —Accidental duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same plan twice, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full credit toward any Plan Metric product.
• —Faulty or undelivered plans: If your plan was not delivered or contains a material error, we will remedy this promptly at no cost to you, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5. Delivery

Starter plans are available for immediate digital download upon purchase. Premium and Elite plans are delivered within 48 hours of completing your intake form. Delivery is via email or your Plan Metric dashboard.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Plan Metric training plans are designed for healthy adults engaged in endurance sport. Our services do not constitute medical advice. Before starting any new training program, you should consult a qualified medical professional, particularly if you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you are physically capable of undertaking an endurance training program and that Plan Metric is not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome arising from following our plans.

7. Intellectual Property

All training plans, content, and materials produced by Plan Metric remain the intellectual property of Plan Metric. You are licensed to use your purchased plan for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute any Plan Metric content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan Metric's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
